These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Brock Transportation SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

Brock Transportation operates an SMS notification program for contracted carriers, truck drivers, and internal staff. Messages sent through this program include:

• EFS fuel and lumper payment codes
• Shipment tracking requests and location updates
• Pickup and delivery appointment confirmations and reminders
• Load status alerts and operational notifications

2. Consent

By participating in our SMS program, you confirm that:

• You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided
• You consent to receive SMS messages from Brock Transportation for operational purposes
• You understand these are transactional/operational messages, not marketing

Consent is obtained as part of the carrier/driver agreement with Brock Transportation, or through direct enrollment by internal staff.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active loads and operational activity. Drivers with active hauls may receive multiple messages per day. You can expect messages related to your current or upcoming loads.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Brock Transportation at any time:

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
• You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed
• No further messages will be sent after opting out
• To re-enroll, contact us directly at the email below

6. Supported Carriers

8. Limitations

Brock Transportation is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or factors outside our control. Operational decisions (e.g., load pickup times) should not rely solely on SMS notifications.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
